The area of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia lies
approximately 8km south of Torrevieja. The beautiful sandy
beaches of Orihuela Costa can be easily reached on foot.
There is always an opportunity to go shopping,
there are plenty of local shops whether you are after a small
wine shop you require a big supermarket. There are numerous
restaurants and small bars around the area making it ideal
for those people who don't have transport.
The area of construction in Playa Flamenca
and La Zenia includes a large number of Urbanizations with
detached villas, townhouses and apartments most with a community
swimming pool.
By bus one can reach Torrevieja in no time
at all. Easily reached are also are the golf courses of Las
Ramblas and Campoamor and Villamartin nearby.
In Playa Flamenca and La Zenia there is a mixture
of different nationalities including Spanish, German, English
and other Europeans.
Playa Flamenca and La Zenia being residential
areas, even during the winter there is still a hive of activity.
