Playas de Orihuela (10 km from Torrevieja)
enjoys 16 km of coastline. The beaches of Orihuela, Playa
Flamenca, La Zenia, Campoamor, Punta Prima, Aguamarina and
Cabo Roig are, without a doubt, the best on the Costa Blanca.
Their fine sandy beaches golden colour contrast sharply with
the clearness of the sea.
The beaches are not the only attraction the
area has to offer, as in addition there are three 18 hole
Golf Courses (Real Club de Golf de Campoamor, Club de Golf
Las Ramblas and Club de Golf Villamartin) within a radius
of 3 km, all three are excellent golf courses of international
prestige, all near the Mediterranean Sea.
There are two beautiful marinas in Cabo Roig
and Campoamor. There are also horse riding clubs, tennis clubs
and lots of restaurants, hotels, etc. which stretch over 16
km of coast.
The environment has been well protected with
just the right balance between individual houses and green
areas alongside with high quality infrastructures. When you
add this to the best climate in Europe with clean air and
many hours of sunshine throughout the year you have an ideal
