Miami Platja
Miami Platja is a small village not yet "discovered",
situated on the coast, 6 km from Cambrils, 15 km from Salou
and 110 km from Barcelona. It has 12 km of most attractive
beaches in cataluña, a mixture of rock and sand, some
of which have merited the blue flag of the EU for their quality
and services.

Platja enjoys the sun, which is present all year round. The
whole area is very beautiful, close to mountains, with walking
routes through the red hills and the chapel of La Roca and
Sant Ramon, an extraordinary lookout point whose red rock-face
protects the town.
Miami Platja is close to one of the best and
well know golf club of Bonmont Terres Noves. Five minutes
drive to the marina, and then there is art; we musn't forget
that it was in Mont-roig that Joan Miró began his artistic
career, and it was here that he discovered what would come
to be the foundation stone of his work. For this reason the
names of Miró and Mont-roig will always be associated
in the world of culture.
